Size matters!
Very often, when adopting a puppy, the future owners do not know or cannot assess to what size it can grow.
In order to address this problem, I used an average dog size scale and made use of the built-in augmented reality function to provide a visual picture of how your pet will look like in your apartment.
How much will it cost me?
Sometimes, when adopting a dog, people have no idea how much the animal will cost them. Because of this, very often the dogs are returned to the shelter or, even worse, kicked out into the street.
Together with representatives of the kennel, I developed a detailed table of the dog’s monthly budget, which includes parameters such as size, age, and breed.
You Are Responsible for Those You Have Tamed!
Unfortunately, shelters often face the problem of dodgy owners who use dogs in dog fights, mistreat animals in every possible way, or simply throw them out into the street.
To address this problem, I have invented the Good Hands function. This function helps the shelter keep in touch with the owners in the following way: Some time after an adoption, the application automatically sends a message in which it asks the new owner to send a photo or video of the pet. This condition is part of the adoption process and is negotiated by the parties in advance. Naturally, this does not guarantee one hundred percent protection against maltreatment and abandonment, but it minimizes the risk.
