Project Context

The old onboarding process presented challenges in customer acquisition, activation, and engagement and existed only in the web view. As part of Payoneer’s global onboarding revamp, the project focused on designing a mobile-native flow to enhance user experience. The goal was to create a fast, intuitive, and seamless entry point for new users, optimizing their first interaction with the platform.

Previously, new customers had to complete a four-step registration on the mobile web. Now, as part of the CLM vision, Quick Registration keeps the entire sign-up journey within the mobile app, delivering a smoother and more intuitive experience.
