VIIZR lets tradespeople focus on what they do best — plumbing, landscaping, gardening, HVAC, or any other service business — free from the hassles of messy paperwork, endless phone calls, and repetitive management tasks.
Working as the teams product designer, I designed and prototyped the first version of an application for a field service platform aiming to help professionals manage jobs more easily, keep track of crew, and connect with clients — all in one place.

Process
Discover, Define, Design, and Deliver
I followed the Human-Centered Design process by first conducting user research. After synthesizing inspiring insights from surveys, I defined the problem and jumped right into the ideation phase. From sketches all the way into fidelity prototypes, I gradually created the first version of the application.
Final Design
Above All, Keep It Simple
A limited color palette (3 primary colors) to achieve maximum contrast.
A dark background for comfortable use of the application both day and night to effectively counteract glare and reflections.
Accessibility
Big buttons.
Large, bold, and clear elements, cards, and icons.
Vibrant and Accessible Color System I have created a custom color palette to support the system. It’s a vibrant and accessible palette designed to enhance the user experience across all of the web products.
